Start by blending your oats into flour if you don't have oat flour. Make sure to blend until it creates a fine powder. If you already have oat flour on hand, simply skip this step.
Start by cracking your egg in a mixing bowl, then add your milk of choice, the vanilla extract & mix the wet ingredients together.
Add your buckwheat and oat flours into the bowl and mix until smooth
Add the cacao powder to your mixture as a final touch and mix again until smooth
Heat up your pan, add some avocado oil or olive oil & start cooking your pancakes (remember to keep the heat to a medium)
When both sides are cooked, place in a plate, and add toppings of choice.
