Coconut Tropics Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cups Milk Any milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cups diced pineapple

Instructions
 

  • In an airtight container (because you will leave it to set overnight), combine the milk, chia seeds, honey & vanilla extract.
  • Put the lid on and shake the mixture thoroughly.
  • Leave it to rest on the counter for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Shake it once again to avoid clumping.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Prepare the toppings while the chia pudding is setting, use this time to prep any fruit you would want to add on top.
