Ingredient List

  • Chia seeds: Any chia seeds will do, If you are Celiac, make sure they are certified Gluten-Free!
  • Vanilla Extract: I use the Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract by Simply Organic, but any vanilla extract on hand works.
  • Honey: for a sweet touch, this is my go-to. I also like unprocessed maple syrup.
  • Almond Milk: Any other plant milk works, If you are Celiac beware of oat milks, check for the certified Gluten-Free logo!

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. In an airtight container (because you will leave it to set overnight), combine the milk, chia seeds, honey & vanilla extract.
  2. Put the lid on and shake the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Leave it to rest on the counter for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Shake it once again to avoid clumping.
  5. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
  6. Prepare the toppings while the chia pudding is setting, use this time to prep any fruit you would want to add on top.

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cups diced pineapple

Instructions
